She earned her BA in psychology with a minor in human development and family studies at Pennsylvania State University, and her MA in clinical mental health counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Michelle completed her internship and residency in private practice working with youth ages 6 to 18 on the autism spectrum and with ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and has worked with adults since. She sees adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors, drawing on CBT, person-centered, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, emotionally focused, interpersonal, and multicultural approaches.
