Dr. Thaddeus Garland is the Medical Director at Compass Behavioral Health in Falls Church, Virginia. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has practiced for 18 years, with extensive experience in telepsychiatry and community-based mental health care.
He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, completed his general psychiatry residency at Nassau University Medical Center, and finished a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Georgetown University. That training is why families often come to him first: he can care for a child, a teenager, and a parent with the same depth.
